1.    PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

THESE GENERAL CONDITIONS GOVERN THE SALE, REGISTRATION, ORDER AND ACCESS TO Bewee PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE WWW.bewee.pt . THESE PRODUCTS ARE OFFERED BY THE COMPANY PerfectMorning, Unipessoal Lda., WHICH IS REGISTERED AT THE COMMERCIAL REGISTRY OFFICE OF Leiria WITH TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 510852530 AND HEADQUARTERS AT Praceta Artur Portela, Lote 16, r/c Esq. Leiria. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL CONTRACTS OF PURCHASE AND SALE OF Bewee PRODUCTS ENTERED INTO BY PerfectMorning, Unipessoal Lda AND ANY USER WHO ORDERS VIA THE WEBSITE WWW.bewee.pt .

2.    USE OF THE SERVICE

1.    THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO USE THIS SERVICE ABIDING BY THE APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS IN FORCE, AS WELL AS BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN;
2.    PerfectMorning, Unipessoal Lda MAY CHANGE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, AT ANY TIME;
3.    THE CUSTOMER CANNOT CHANGE THE CONTENTS OF THE SERVICE OR SEND MESSAGES THAT CONTAIN COMPUTER VIRUSES OR THAT MAY CAUSE ANY OTHER DAMAGES;
4.    ONLINE STORE CUSTOMERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL CONSUMERS AND ARE SUBJECT TO VAT PAYMENT;
5.    THE PROCESS OF SALE IS SUBJECT TO THE COMPLIANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS SET BY DECREE LAW NO. 25/2008 OF 5 JUNE, CONCERNING THE PREVENTION AND REPRESSION OF MONEY LAUNDERING AND TERRORISM FINANCING.

3.    Bewee PRODUCTS

1.    PRODUCTS SUITABLY IDENTIFIED IN THEIR SPECIFIC CATALOGS CAN BE PURCHASED ONLINE;
2.    IF A PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT IT IS SOLD OUT. IT MAY HAVE SIMPLY RUN OUT OF STOCK. IN THIS CASE, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THE NEW SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DATE. IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT COMMENT ON THE NEW DELIVERY DATE, THIS DATE SHALL BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED.

4.    PerfectMorning, Unipessoal Lda RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, AT ANY TIME, THE INFORMATION, AVAILABILTY OF Bewee PRODUCTS, PRICES, SALES PROMOTIONS AND SALES TERMS AVAILABLE AT WWW.bewee.pt

4.    PRICES

1.    THE PRICES SHOWN ON THE CATALOG INCLUDE VAT AT THE LEGAL RATE IN FORCE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE;
2.    THE PRICE OF PRODUCTS, VAT AND POSTAGE COSTS ARE ALL PRESENTED BEFORE THE FINAL VALIDATION OF THE PURCHASE;
3.    ANY OTHER COSTS RESULTING FROM SHIPPING PRODUCTS ABROAD, INCLUDING CUSTOMS CLEARANCE COSTS, WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER OF THE PRODUCT.

5.   ONLINE REGISTRATION

1.    THE INDIVIDUAL ONLINE STORE REGISTRATION IS DONE IN "REGISTRATION";
2.    THIS REGISTRATION ALLOWS AN EASIER PURCHASE PROCESS, BY SAVING THE IDENTIFICATION DATA OF THE CUSTOMER AND ENABLING THE CUSTOMER’S IMMEDIATE IDENTIFICATION WITHOUT HAVING TO ENTER THE DATA AGAIN;
3.    THE CUSTOMER MAY UPDATE HIS/HER PERSONAL INFORMATION ONLINE WHENEVER HE/SHE MAKES AN ONLINE PURCHASE;
4.    ACCESS IS RESTRICTED TO EACH USER AND ASSURED BY THE USE OF A USERNAME AND PASSWORD THAT SHOULD BE ALTERED ON THE FIRST LOGIN;

6.    ORDER

1.    TO PLACE AN ORDER, THE USER MUST FIRST REGISTER BY FILLING IN THE FIELDS IN THE FORM AVAILABLE AT WWW.bewee.pt
2.    TO ORDER A PRODUCT, THE CUSTOMER MUST CHOOSE IT FROM THE PRODUCT CATALOG AND PLACE IT IN THE SHOPPING CART;
3. Upon order confirmation, the customer authorises the company Perfect Unipessoal Lda to change and reproduce the drawings provided.
4.    THE CUSTOMER MAY CANCEL THE ORDER BY SENDING AN E-MAIL TO This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS AFTER PerfectMorning, Unipessoal Lda RECEIVES THE ORDER CONFIRMATION;
5.    THE CANCELLATION REQUEST WILL ONLY BECOME EFFECTIVE WHEN THE ORDER’S NUMBER AND THE CUSTOMER’S NAME IS MENTIONED;
6.    IF THE CANCELLATION REQUEST IS SUCCESSFUL, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED BY E-MAIL AND THE CANCELLATION WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT ANY COSTS FOR THE USER; 

7.   Please note that custom items cannot be returned (Decree Law No. 143/2001 of 26 April CHAPTER I, Article 7).

8.   PerfectMorning, Unipessoal Lda WILL BEAR RETURN POSTAGE COSTS WHEN THE ITEM IS DAMAGED OR IF A SHIPPING ERROR HAS OCCURRED. IN THIS CASE, THE RETURN TO PerfectMorning, Unipessoal Lda MUST TAKE PLACE WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES THE ORDER;
9.    THE ORDER SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN SHIPPED FROM THE MOMENT PerfectMorning, Unipessoal Lda DELIVERS IT TO THE CARRIER, WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERING IT TO THE USER.

7. COLOURS

PerfectMorning, Unipessoal Lda SHALL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO ENSURE THAT THE COLOURS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE WWW.bewee.pt ARE AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, AS THE COLOURS ON MONITORS MAY VARY, PerfectMorning, Unipessoal Lda CANNOT GUARANTEE AN EXACT COLOUR MATCH.

8.    PAYMENT METHODS

1.    PRODUCTS CAN BE PAID VIA ONE OF THE SEVERAL ELECTRONIC PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE, THE COSTS OF WHICH SHALL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER AND CHARGED IN THE SALES DOCUMENT;  
2.    FOR PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH THE PAYPAL SYSTEM, PerfectMorning, Unipessoal Lda SHALL RESERVE THE ORDERED PRODUCT FOR 2 WORKING DAYS. IF PAYMENT IS NOT CONFIRMED WITHIN THAT PERIOD OF TIME, THE ORDER MAY BE CANCELLED;  

9.    DELIVERY TIME

1.    IN MAINLAND PORTUGAL ORDERS ARE USUALLY DELIVERED WITHIN 20 WORKING DAYS AFTER PAYMENT VALIDATION DATE;
2.    IN THE AUTONOMOUS REGIONS, AND DEPENDING ON THE ISLANDS, 3 TO 8 WORKING DAYS MAY BE ADDED TO THE DELIVERY DATE;
3.    DELIVERIES TO EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD VARY ACCORDING TO THE DESTINATION AND TRANSPORTATION TIME;  
4.    IN SPECIFIC CASES, THE DELIVERY OF ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED IF THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK.

10.    PRODUCT RETURN



1.   THE DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE COMPLIES WITH THE LAWS APPLICABLE IN PORTUGAL CONCERNING DISTANCE SELLING (DECREE LAW NO. 82/2008 OF 20 MAY);
2.    THE CUSTOMER/USER HAS THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ANY DEFECT, ERROR OR INADEQUACY OF THE PRODUCT WHICH WAS ORDERED WITHIN THE LEGAL DEADLINES ESTABLISHED FOR THIS PURPOSE.

11.    PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

1.   PerfectMorning, Unipessoal Lda COLLECTS THE CUSTOMER’S PERSONAL DATA FOR ACCOUNT MANAGING, BILLING AND INFORMATION PURPOSES, ACCORDING TO THE CUSTOMER’S EXPRESS AUTHORISATION,  AND AGREES TO KEEP ALL INFORMATION PRIVATE AND SECURE WHEN PROCESSING AND MAINTAINING THE PERSONAL DATA OF EACH CUSTOMER IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW NO. 67/98 OF 26 OCTOBER;
2.    THE WHOLE PAYMENT PROCESS, FROM SELECTING THE PAYMENT METHOD TO TYPING INFORMATION ON THE ORDER PAYMENT PROCESS, IS DULY PROTECTED BY APPROPRIATE INTERNET SECURITY TOOLS.   

12.    APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

1.    THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF PORTUGAL;
2.    THE DISTRICT COURT OF LEIRIA SHALL HAVE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION TO SETTLE ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE WHICH MIGHT ARISE OUT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
